Helping the planet from the comfort of your own sofa!

Fibreline’s dedication to customer satisfaction extends beyond just their products and services. We also recognise the importance of sustainability in our manufacturing processes. By working with our

suppliers in the development of eco-friendly materials and implementing energy-efficient practices, Fibreline is committed

to reducing their environmental impact. This commitment not

only benefits the planet, but also aligns with the values of our customers who are increasingly seeking sustainable options.

Fibreline’s commitment to sustainability is evident in their efforts

to minimise waste, promote recycling and source renewable

energy from their 150kW solar generation system, which was

installed several years ago. We actively seek out innovative

solutions to reduce our carbon footprint and explore alternative material options that are more eco-friendly.

By choosing Fibreline as your supplier, trade partners can align themselves with a company that shares their values and

contributes to a greener future.

Trusted brands we supply to...

FiraGold Cert

FIRA Gold Certification is the quality mark recognised across the furniture industry, highlighting products and installation services which comply with all relevant legislation and meet the highest of standards.

  • How long has Fibreline been operating?
Fibreline was established in 1982 on Marley Street in Keighley. A family-owned business it was one of the first manufacturers of carded polyester fibre cushions for the upholstery industry. Over 40 years later the business has grown and relocated. It remains a family owned and managed business and is now a major employer in the Keighley area.
  • What sustainable methods are Fibreline following?
Sustainability is not something new to Fibreline. We have used Wellman fibre, made from recycled plastic bottles, since the business started in 1982. We installed solar panels nearly 10 years ago as part of our sustainability ambitions and we are working with our supply chain to ensure that we can offer sustainable products for the future.
  • Do you supply to individuals or small businesses?
Unfortunately we are not able to supply individuals. For manufacturers making low volume bespoke furniture we are not the most suitable supply partner. We are geared towards manufacturers making approximately 50 or more sofas a week.
  • Are Fibreline’s products tested for flammability?
We take compliance with legislation very seriously. We have strict internal due diligence processes to ensure that we are regularly testing our incoming raw materials for compliance to the UK Furniture Regulations.
  • Do you accept custom designs?
We work with our customers design departments to help them achieve the look, feel and comfort level that is right for their latest design. Everything we do is custom designed.
  • How are cushions graded?
We offer an extensive range of cushion fillings. From standard fibre or foam, through to our more complex Encore range of cushions. See our Comfort Collection Overview for a guide to the relevant benefits of the various options.
