Foam Conversion.
Fibreline becomes one of the first foam convertors to install a fully integrated foam cutting line in the UK.
2005
Expansion.
Fibreline aquires Albion Mills to provide extra production
floor space.

Encore.
The award-winning Encore cushion range launched.
1982
Founded.
Fibreline pioneered the use of polyester fibre in the UK furniture industry at its first home on Marley Street, Keighley, utilising the local textile skills.
1992
Relocation.
Fibreline moves to Victoria Park Mills on Hard Ings Rd. due to increase in demand and diversifying the product range to include feather and foam cushion fillings.
2019
Technology.
Fibreline installs a robotic fabrication line using 3D scanning technology.
First of its kind for the furniture industry.
2022
Feather Production.
Fibreline installs a
new robotic feather scatter cushion production line.
Another first for the furniture industry.

Expansion.
14,000 square foot production floor expansion and rebranding.

Deliveries.
Albion Mills development to create a separate goods outwards and 9 loading bays on Royd Inns Avenue.

Keighley in West Yorkshire has been our home since the company conception back in 1982. Since the early days, Fibreline has had a policy of reinvesting in its people, premises and processes. 2024 saw the Keighley site expanding to a total 100,000 sq ft. of production and warehousing space.
